NYC Compliance Coordination

DOB, HPD, DSNY, and the Local Laws. We track filings, inspection cycles, violations, and recurring deadlines on a per-building calendar — and coordinate the right professionals when work is required.

Compliance language we use is intentionally specific: coordination, tracking, monitoring, deadline awareness. Not guaranteed outcomes — practical execution.

Cycle tracking and vendor coordination for facade inspections under Local Law 11 / FISP. We organize the filing calendar and coordinate the engineer of record.

Annual energy and water benchmarking coordination, including data collection support and submission coordination.

Cycle coordination for the LL87 energy audit and retro-commissioning requirements, including vendor selection.

Status review and coordination for lighting upgrade and sub-metering requirements under Local Law 88.

Planning-stage coordination for Local Law 97 carbon emission limits — deadline awareness and assessment workflow.

Cycle coordination for gas pipe inspection under Local Law 152. We track the four-year inspection cycle and coordinate licensed inspectors.

Department of Buildings filing coordination, violation follow-up, and permit-related vendor coordination.

HPD building registration coordination and violation follow-up across multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Coordination of DSNY sanitation and recycling requirements — schedules, containerization, and violation response.

Inspection cycle coordination for boilers and elevators, plus sprinkler and life-safety system coordination through licensed professionals.
